A specialist manufacturer of high quality glazed fire doors and screens for the commercial and public sectors has launched a publication outlining its latest product offerings.
‘FyreSpan – Range Brochure 2009’ is a 20 page, A4 sized booklet aimed at architects, interior designers and contractors looking to find a fire-rated solution for applications when, as the publication states, “elegance, high quality and performance are paramount.”
The FyreSpan range is manufactured at a fully equipped factory in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, which is close to London and the main road networks leading to the north and south of the UK. This ensures that transportation distances are kept to a minimum, enabling the company to significantly reduce its carbon footprint.
Inside the cover of the document is a list of the contents, followed on page three by a brief outline of the company’s flagship FyreSpan FL, which has recently exceeded 60 minutes fire testing by Warringtonfire under BS:476 Part 22.

The stiles of the stainless steel or powder coated steel FyreSpan FL framing measure just 20mm, making the profile the slimmest available on the market of any 60 minute fire-rated glazed door.
The brochure offers detailed technical specifications on the full FyreSpan range, which can attain up to 180 minutes resistance. It covers the FL doors and screens, which deliver an effective fire barrier with maximum vision; FN swing doors and screens; FFI doors and screens with insulation performance; robust FP doors and screens, as well as the FyreSpan Frameless Glass option for contemporary minimalist appeal. Additionally, the publication covers FyreSpan PS doors and screens with 60 minutes integrity and insulation; while the SS offers an effective smoke barrier and the Frameless Glass sliding solution - as with the Frameless Glass - offers that modern feel.
For each of the above product ranges, two facing pages have been allocated, presenting photographic images and drawings. These are supported by detailed technical information to aid with product specification.
